MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR
SUBJECT:
Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendation of the Air Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for our decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice. Therefore, we recommend that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to the APPLICANT be corrected to show that:
a. His nontemporary storage (NTS) was extended at government expense for medical reasons from 30 April 2010 through 15 March 2013 by competent authority.
b. He applied for reimbursement of actual expenses incurred as a result of his personally procured NTS and his request for reimbursement in the amount of $3,152.00 was approved by competent authority.

Having received and considered the recommendation of the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records and under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code, it is directed that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to
be corrected to show that:
a. His nontemporary storage (NTS) was extended at government expense for medical reasons through 15 March 2013 by competent authority.
b. He applied for reimbursement of actual expenses incurred as a result of his personally procured NTS and his request for reimbursement in the amount of $3,152.00 was approved by competent authority.
